Two men have appeared in separate hearings at Stockport Magistrates Court after being charged with drug driving offences.
The first man, a 24-year-old from Shaw, was caught in his Mercedes A180 on February 9. He failed to stop when asked by police and was also driving without due care and attention. He was also found to be over the drug driving limit for cannabis.
Magistrates banned him from driving for 12 months as well as imposing a fine of £170 plus £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
The second man, a 22-year-old from Fitton Hill was also found to be driving while over the drug driving limit for cannabis on February 3.
He too pleaded guilty to drug driving, with magistrates fining him £120 plus £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
