Police are asking for help as they release a video of a man being thrown 15ft into the air during a horrendous hit and run incident.

The incident took place in Norfolk and the police are treating it as attempted murder.
Police are trying to identify the dark coloured vehicle as it drove through a car park and ploughed straight into a 30-year-old man as he was walking with his friend.
The footage shows the man being thrown up in the air, somersaulting and then smashing into the ground.
The footage then shows the car completing a circuit of the car park and coming straight back at the victim who manages to get out of the way.
After that attempt, the car then left the car park at speed in the direction of Bacton Road.
Detective Chief Inspector Stu Armes said: “The footage we have released today is shocking and I appreciate some people could find it distressing.
“However, it reflects the seriousness of the incident and how it could have had potentially fatal consequences for the victim.
“The victim has suffered serious injuries and has been left extremely distressed by his ordeal.
“Whilst the motivation for the incident remains unclear, we are treating it as attempted murder and at this time we believe it is an isolated incident.”
Armes continued: “We are appealing to the public to assist us with our investigation. We have made a number of inquiries so far, however, we are keen to locate the car involved in this collision and would appeal for anyone who may know of its whereabouts to contact police.”
