A teenage drug driver who led police on a high-speed chase through the streets of Manchester has been jailed for eight months at Manchester Crown Court.
The driver, Kelly Keaton was also banned from driving for three years and four months.
Police chased Keaton through Moston and Oldham before he lost control of his car and ploughed into a fence.
Keaton was chased through residential areas where he was seen mounting pavements and reaching speeds of 66 mph.
After colliding with the fence, Keaton and his passenger fled the scene before being picked up by the police a short while later.
Keaton admitted the offences of dangerous driving, driving without a licence, driving without insurance and driving whilst under the influence of drugs.
